A local firm with five decades of roots
Serving families and businesses across the Lehigh Valley and Eastern Pennsylvania since the late 1960s — the same personal attention, from one generation to the next.
Grounded in this community since the late 1960s
McFall Law began practicing civil and business law in Northampton County more than fifty years ago, and we have never left. That longevity is not just a number — it is decades of relationships with the families, business owners, and neighbors we serve.
Founding attorney Alan B. McFall built the firm on a straightforward idea: give people the same careful, honest counsel you would want for your own family.
Today that work continues alongside Jason A. McFall, who brings large-firm corporate experience home to the region, and William P. Bried, of counsel — three attorneys, one practice, and a shared commitment to doing right by the people who walk through our door.
What sets our counsel apart
Everything under one roof
Estate planning, real estate, and business law handled by one firm — better integrated, more cost-effective, and far simpler than coordinating separate specialists.
You work with an attorney
Not a call center or a case number. When you call McFall Law, you reach the people actually handling your matter — the way a local firm should work.
Business judgment, not just law
With M.B.A.-level training and real corporate experience, our counsel is grounded in how businesses and families actually operate — practical advice, not just legal theory.
Roots you can count on
Five decades in the same community mean deep local knowledge of the courts, the region, and the people — and a reputation we work to keep, reflected in our 5.0-star client reviews.
