Education:
Alan B. McFall graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He then he earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Indiana University. Later, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Temple University School of Law.

Alan B. McFall’s law practice:
Following law school graduation, Alan practiced in diverse areas of civil law in a Northampton County-based firm initially known as Davis, Pritchard, Cassebaum & McFall, P.C.

In 1970, Alan was appointed as a part-time Northampton County assistant district attorney, rising to first assistant district attorney during his ten-year tenure as an assistant district attorney.

In 2021, following the retirement of one of his partners, Alan began a solo practice called McFall Law, LLC. concentrating on the practice areas described on this website.

Professional Affiliations:

Alan B. McFall is a member of the Northampton County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, the Federal Court for the Eastern District of PA, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Alan is a past president of the Northampton County Bar Association. He is also a member of the PA Bar Association’s Council of Elder Law Attorneys.

Alan is a member of the Solo & Small Firm Counsel of Attorneys.

Community Involvement:
Alan has been a member of the Northampton County Historical and Genealogical Society since 2010 and serves as chair of its personnel committee.

He served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Phoebe Ministries, a nonprofit multi-faceted senior healthcare organization for more than fifteen years, including three years as Board Chair

At Penn State, Alan played clarinet in the Blue Band. He has returned to Penn State over a dozen times at the Homecoming Game to play with the Alumni Blue Band. Alan is an active member of the Easton Municipal Band (EMB), and he has enjoyed playing in EMB concerts for more than 15 years.

Leisure Time Activities:
Alan is a kayaker and is also an avid scuba diver who traveled to Egypt to dive in the Red Sea

Jason A. McFall, Esquire

Education:
Jason McFall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications at Penn State University and a Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law.

Jason worked for a decade at Simpson, Thatcher, and Bartlett LLP in their business law and mergers and acquisitions practice group. There he worked on diverse merger and acquisition business transactions and initial public offerings for private equity clients in New York, California, and Asia.

In 2023, Jason joined the expanding legal practice of his father’s law firm, McFall Law, LLC

He is a member of the Northampton County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts.

William P. Bried, Esquire

Of Counsel:
William P. Bried, Esquire, is an experienced attorney whose civil law practice is located in Allentown, PA. His practice concentrates on estate planning and administration, business and corporate law, and real estate.

Bill is a member of the Lehigh County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.

Bill Bried is a former Naval Flight Officer in VQ-2. He is a graduate of Penn State University and Memphis State University, where he was a member of the Law Review.

Attorney Bried is “of counsel” to McFall Law, LLC. He keeps regular, close, continuing, and personal contact with the staff of McFall Law, LLC
