Counsel You Can Rely On

Alan B. McFall
Founding Attorney
Alan founded McFall Law, LLC in 2021 and concentrates his practice on estate planning and administration, real estate, and business and corporate law. His career began in a Northampton County civil practice, and he served ten years as a Northampton County assistant district attorney, rising to first assistant district attorney.
A past president of the Northampton County Bar Association, Alan is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Outside the office, he has played clarinet in Penn State’s Alumni Blue Band and the Easton Municipal Band for more than fifteen years.

Jason A. McFall
Attorney
Jason joined the firm in 2023 after a decade in the business law and mergers & acquisitions group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he handled complex M&A transactions and initial public offerings for private equity clients across New York, California, and Asia.
He brings that transactional depth to the firm’s business, corporate, and real estate work. Jason is a member of the Northampton County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts.

William P. Bried
Of Counsel
Bill is an experienced civil attorney whose Allentown-based practice concentrates on estate planning and administration, business and corporate law, and real estate. He maintains close, continuing contact with the McFall Law team and staff.
A former Naval Flight Officer in VQ-2, Bill is a member of the Lehigh County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.

Wendy Scheller
Administrative Legal Assistant
Wendy keeps McFall Law running smoothly and efficiently. She works closely with clients on the details that keep a matter moving — documents, scheduling, and follow-through — and is often the first friendly voice a new client hears.
