What we collect
This website collects personal information in only one circumstance: when you voluntarily submit our contact form. That form asks for your name, email address, and telephone number, and gives you space to describe what you need. We do not collect anything else through this website. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other visitor-tracking software. We do not use cookies to track you across websites.
How we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange a conversation about your matter. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Who else may handle it
A small number of service providers necessarily handle this data in the course of operating the site: our web host, our email provider, and the software that powers the contact form. This website also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain information submitted through this website for no longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes. If you become a client, information relating to your matter is retained under our separate file retention practices, which are governed by our professional and ethical obligations as attorneys rather than by this website policy.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you from a website inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address above or email info@mcfall-legal.com and we will respond promptly. Because we collect so little, these requests are usually simple to honor.

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
